STEVE COLLIER

CEO

Steve Collier worked in machine shops since 1976. Graduated from Texas A&M University in 1981 with a BS in Industrial Technology. Managed shops for 5 years, then started C&F Tool & Die Co. in his garage. Within one month, had so much work he had to rent a space on Eckhert Road. This was the first bay, and now we own 2 buildings housing the shop.

ROBERT COLLIER

CFO and Principal Buyer

Robert Collier graduated from Baylor University in 1981 with a BBA in Finance. Worked in the banking industry for 5 years. Robert joined Steve at C & F in 1987. His financial expertise helped C&F grow to be financially secure.

JASON COLLIER

Operations Manager

Jason Collier graduated Texas State Technical Institute with a specialization in Machine Shop. Has worked at C&F for over 15 years.

JENNIFER DEBOSIER

Program Manager

Jennifer has been with C&F since 2008. Prior experience includes 12 years of Aerospace OEM purchasing & manufacturing as well as IT and customer service training in the government sector. She currently serves as the liaison between C&F and customers.

CHARLIE NIEMEYER

Production Control/Planner/IT

Charlie Niemeyer has been employed at C&F since 1989, making him C&F’s longest employed person, other than Steve Collier. Began working at C&F as shop helper, moved to CNC operator, programmer, shop manager, then to his current position.

CURT OLDEN

Quality Assurance Manager

Curt Olden has vast experience in quality assurance, safety management, and the ISO9001 quality management system. His experience extends to visual weld inspection, welding procedures and welder qualification testing, as well as liquid penetrant examination and training. Curt served in the Navy for over 20 years and enjoys motorcycling, outdoor sports and travel.

TERRI COLLIER

Office Manager and Human Resources

Terri Collier graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1978 with a BS in Elementary Education. Worked in Education for 5 years as a teacher and 8 years as development director. Employed at C&F since 1998.

LINDA CAVALIER

Office Assistant

Linda Cavalier handles all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and supports C&F management and staff in the daily operation of the business. Employed at C&F since 2009.
